Retro Real Madrid shirts: from La Séptima to Bellingham
The white shirt of Real Madrid is one of the most famous shirts in the world. Yet every retro Real Madrid shirt reflects a different era: through the brand, the sponsor on the chest and, of course, the player on the back. In this collection you will find original vintage Real Madrid shirts, from the 90s to the present day.
Raúl, Seedorf and La Séptima (1994-2000)
In the 90s the shirts were made by Kelme and later Adidas, with Teka on the chest. The young Raúl grew into the face of the club, alongside Fernando Hierro, Roberto Carlos, Fernando Redondo, Predrag Mijatović, Davor Šuker and the Dutchman Clarence Seedorf. In 1998 Real won the Champions League for the first time in 32 years, at the Amsterdam ArenA against Juventus, with a goal from Mijatović. Two years later came another. A Raúl shirt with #7 from these years is highly prized by collectors.
The Galácticos (2000-2006)
Under president Florentino Pérez, a world star arrived in Madrid every year: Luís Figo in 2000, Zinédine Zidane in 2001, the Brazilian Ronaldo in 2002 and David Beckham in 2003. In 2002 Real won the Champions League in Glasgow, with Zidane's famous volley against Bayer Leverkusen. Siemens was on the chest in those years. A Zidane Real Madrid shirt or a Beckham Real Madrid shirt with #23 is among the club's most sought-after shirts. You will find Ronaldo's shirts from those years under Ronaldo Nazário shirts.
The Dutch Real Madrid (2006-2010)
After the Galácticos, Real briefly took on a touch of Oranje. Ruud van Nistelrooy finished as Spain's top scorer in his first season, and later Arjen Robben, Wesley Sneijder, Rafael van der Vaart, Royston Drenthe and Klaas-Jan Huntelaar also played at the Bernabéu. Shirts with bwin on the chest from this period are extra special for Dutch fans.
Cristiano Ronaldo and four Champions Leagues (2009-2018)
In 2009 Cristiano Ronaldo arrived, going on to become the club's all-time top scorer with 450 goals. With Sergio Ramos, Luka Modrić, Toni Kroos, Karim Benzema and Gareth Bale, Real won the Champions League four times between 2014 and 2018, three of them in a row under Zinédine Zidane. A Real Madrid Ronaldo shirt with Fly Emirates on the chest is among the most popular shirts in our shop. You will find all of his shirts under Cristiano Ronaldo shirts.
Vinícius, Bellingham and Mbappé
Today's Real are making history too, with Champions Leagues in 2022 and 2024. Shirts of Jude Bellingham, Vinícius Júnior and Kylian Mbappé are the retro shirts of tomorrow.
