From Salzburg to Dortmund

Haaland was born in Leeds in 2000, where his father Alf-Inge was playing at the time. Via Molde he moved to Red Bull Salzburg, scoring a hat-trick on his Champions League debut. In January 2020 he joined Borussia Dortmund, scoring 86 goals in 89 games and winning the DFB-Pokal.

In 2022 Pep Guardiola brought him to Manchester City. His first season was historic: a record 36 Premier League goals and the treble of league title, FA Cup and Champions League, won in the final against Inter. He wears number 9 in the sky blue Puma shirt with Etihad on the front, alongside Kevin De Bruyne, Rodri and Phil Foden.
